The James Exchange interviews VACRN & FoB about gold mining

Sep 3, 2022 | Community News, Metallic Mining, Top Stories, Toxic Trespass | 0 comments

Nancy Gill, former Scottsville mayor started a podcast centered on a small river town. She has done 2 interviews with us now (Friends of Buckingham partnered with Virginia Community Rights Network). In each one she has gathered additional extensive pertinent information, linking to the industrial gold mining work we are doing with Buckingham community rights and the state level campaign.

If an industrial gold mine were to be permitted, say in the Warminster neighborhood of Buckingham – Scottsville would be the first downstream village to be impacted.

We met Nancy while canvassing at the Scottsville farmers markets. Ya just gotta show up and let the magik begin… Thanks Nancy for covering this important issue!
